The purpose of this organization shall be to promote the art and craft of wood carving, wood sculpture and associated woodworking skills. That includes the finishing of of carved, pyrographic or sculptured pieces and to have regular meetings whereby the more experienced artists may assist the less experienced.
To annually present a woodcarving show to exhibit works of the participants to the public to view and purchase the wares of various vendors of woodworking supplies, tools, publications and related goods in a single location.
